We couldn’t do better!
KURT RÖÖSLI (1965) from Flühli near Lucerne has been here since 1991 and became our EXECUTIVE CHEF in 1996. Between seasons he regularly visits other chefs, to see what’s cooking in Salzburg, London or Tuscany, Russia, Singapore, Japan or Hong Kong. Kurt combines professional brilliance with a great sensitivity to the skills and needs of those who work with him.
His team includes his seconds-in-command DENNIS REMO BRUNNER from Austria and MATHIAS VON KÄNEL from Switzerland’s northeast, pastry chef RENATO PELLEGRINELLI from an Italian-speaking corner of Graubünden and 21 other young and highly motivated cooks.
