Without our guests, we wouldn’t get very far. Nor would we without our staff.  
 

Without the skills, dedication and hard work of our team, we simply couldn't do it.

Newcomers are very welcome whenever there is an opening. Keep in mind, though, that most potential positions require at least some knowledge of German.

 

Our staff is about one third Swiss, two thirds from abroad. Working permits are generally limited to member countries of the European Union, virtually the only exception being for limited-term internships for trainees from a hotel school.
