It’s one of the secrets and surprises of this beautiful old hotel that appears so solemn and serious – and probably one of the main reasons that the Waldhaus still exists.

Best

Very good and spacious rooms with two bathrooms, 70-95 m²

Comfort

Very good room for the parents, smaller room for the children, two bathrooms, 58-66 m²

Standard

Standard double room for the parents, smaller room for the children, two bathrooms, 50-57 m²

Budget

Two smaller rooms with a shared bath and a second, separate toilet, 43-47 m²

Combinations of three connecting rooms are also available (3 bedrooms or 2 bedrooms and a private sitting room).

The basic rate for combinations is for two adults.
Additional half-pension rate for additional persons:

Younger than 24 months: CHF 10 (without half-pension)

* High season. The same seasonal reductions and the same discounts for longer stays apply as for the basic rate.

The longer, the merrier! Everyone who cumulatively spends more than ten nights at the Waldhaus in the same year receives a personal discount of 10% for the 11th and all following nights. This discount rises to 20% on the 21st night and thereafter. The discount is personal and not transferrable, and does not carry over from one year to the next.

In summer and autumn this discount will already kick in after one and two weeks, i.e. 10% on the eighth and all following nights, 20% on the fifteenth night and thereafter.
